Product Information
Although availability may be indicated on Projectreverso.org, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at Projectreverso.org. However, as to the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Orders
You will receive an email from projectreverso@gmail.com when your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. This email will contain your order confirmation and your order tracking number(s). Purchased items have to be processed and will ship within 7-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for standard shipping delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at projectreverso@gmail.com.
Pricing
Our pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will be reflected on www.projectreverso.org. We ask all customers to review their orders before proceeding past the final checkout screen, as Project Reverso is not responsible for any price inaccuracies. Orders will ship via USPS. Each order will have a standard shipping of $2.50 + $.50 per item. You will be able to see the final shipping cost while on the shopping cart page. If you wish to update quantities/products, the shipping costs will be reflected accordingly. Project Reverso does not ship internationally.
Payment
For donations and product purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Refund Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Project Reverso does not guarantee a refund for a defective item.
If you plan to return an item, please give notice to projectreverso@gmail.com to obtain our mailing address. If you believe an item is defective, please give notice to projectreverso@gmail.com before sending the item back. You may use any shipping option of your choice for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return, please request a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We do not honor product exchanges.
User information
